You are well on your whey to capturing new revenue without disrupting your current workflow. Since TheraCentric is considered “Software as a Medical Device”, you can get reimbursed for creating an HEP, and we will handle the rest. TheraCentric will remind your patients to complete their exercises and we will track compliance to allow you to get paid using the new RTM codes.
Step One
Ensure your patient can view their HEP on the TheraCentric app. After 16 days of monitoring, you can bill for 98975 and 98977. Boom! That’s an additional ~$75 per patient for just getting them set up with a HEP on TheraCentric.
Step Two
Take 20 minutes to monitor and communicate with your patient about their adherence data via a phone or video call. Adjust the plan of care as needed, and you can bill 98980. Wowza! That’s an additional ~$50.
Step Three
Continue to monitor, communicate, and adjust the plan of care with the patient during the next 30 days, and you can bill 98977 and 98980 again. Shazam! That’s an additional ~$100 the following month for the same patient.
